Your agent escorts you through priority terminal entry, manages luggage check-in at the airline counter, and proceeds directly to the fast-track passport and security corridor — bypassing standard queues that average 40–50 minutes during peak hours.
No waiting in the queue
After fast-track processing (average 5 minutes), your agent escorts you to the IGA Lounge in the customs area and assists with VAT refund procedures at the tax refund office, which serves Turkish Airlines and other airline passengers in separate queues.
Time to go
