Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to www.istanbulairportmeetandgreetservice.com.tr These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our airport assistance, VIP transfer, and Fast Track services. By booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definition of Services

Meet & Greet: Personal assistance at arrival, departure, or transit points within the airport.

Fast Track: Expedited passage through security and passport control (subject to airport authority regulations).

VIP Transfer: Private chauffeured vehicle services between the airport and specified destinations.

3. Booking and Confirmation


Accuracy of Information: The client is responsible for providing correct flight numbers, arrival/departure times, and contact details. We are not liable for service failures resulting from incorrect data.

Confirmation: A booking is only considered "Confirmed" once you receive a written confirmation (Voucher) and payment has been processed.

Lead Time: We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

4. Operational Procedures


Meeting Point: For arrivals, our staff will wait at the designated meeting point (usually the gate or the exit of the jetbridge) with a name sign.

Waiting Times: * Arrivals: Our staff will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes after the flight's actual landing time.

Departures: Clients are expected to meet the assistant at the agreed time. A delay of more than 30 minutes may result in the service being marked as a "No-Show."

Porterage: Standard assistance includes help with hand luggage. Heavy or excessive luggage may require additional porter services at an extra cost.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy


To maintain high-quality service standards, the following cancellation schedule applies:

More than 24 hours before service: Full refund (minus any bank/transaction fees).

Less than 24 hours or No-Show: 100% cancellation fee (No refund).

Flight Cancellations: If a flight is cancelled by the airline, please notify us immediately. We will attempt to reschedule the service for your new flight, subject to availability.

6. Force Majeure and Limitations


Authorities: We are not responsible for delays caused by police, customs, or immigration officials.

Airport Restrictions: We operate in accordance with IGA (Istanbul Airport) and HEAŞ (Sabiha Gökçen) regulations. Any sudden changes in airport security protocols are beyond our control.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to strikes, natural disasters, or technical airport shutdowns.

7. Pricing and Payment


All prices are quoted in Euro (€). Prices include VAT and all applicable airport fees as of the booking date.

Additional services requested on-site (e.g., extra passengers or car upgrades) will be billed separately.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Law). We only share necessary details with airport authorities to facilitate your transit.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
